Location: Mangalore (On-site)

I'm seeking a versatile Content & Copywriter to join my growing digital marketing consultancy and help my clients achieve their marketing goals through compelling content that informs, engages and converts.

Candidates living in Mangalore are preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Craft a wide range of content, including:

• Social media posts, video scripts, blog articles, website copy, email campaigns
• Persuasive marketing copy for landing pages, ads and sales materials
• Engaging content for journals, educational, self-help, activity books, etc.

- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop comprehensive content strategies that align with client objectives and target audience needs across various channels.

- Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain content calendars to ensure timely execution and consistent brand messaging.

- SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines, utilizing keyword research and best practices to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.

- Research & Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies and audience preferences to inform content creation and ensure relevance.

- Editing & Proofreading: Meticulously review all content for clarity, accuracy and adherence to brand style guides, ensuring a polished final product.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communication or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing and copywriting, ideally in a digital marketing or agency setting.

- Strong Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to write informative, engaging and persuasive content across various formats.

- Digital Marketing Acumen: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices and social media strategies.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to track content performance, analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize results.

- Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to different audiences and platforms.

- Organization & Collaboration: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time, on-site position in Mangalore and does not offer remote work.
