“Optimisation Office” is a newly created team within our Operations Office for EMEA (EOO) focusing on optimising our network through digital innovation and standardization. The team will review processing and offering to propose an efficient business model to seek opportunity to utilize digital technology such as robotics process automation (RPA) and standardization.


MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • RPA development using KoFax Kapow and workflow development using KoFax Total Agility (KTA)
  • RPA and workflow solutions enhancement and maintenance
  • Other automation solutions such as OCR and AI development and maintenance
  • Provide business with support on RPA, KTA and other automation solutions


WORK EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

  • Significant working experience in RPA development
  • Significant working experience in system development and implementation projects
  • Significant working experience in maintaining and enhancing the systems
  • Significant coding experience in major programming languages


Preferred:

  • Working experience in RPA development in KoFax Kapow
  • Working experience in the RPA implementation projects for investment banking sector
  • Working experience in workflow development using KTA
  • Working experience in OCR and AI development
  • Working experience in business analysis for RPA implementation project
  • Working experience as the leader of the RPA development team
  • Working experience in project management

PERFORMANCE AND DUTIES:

  • The role holder will be assessed in accordance with their employing entity’s performance framework and process with relevant input obtained from the dual hatting entity as relevant.
