We’re seeking a passionate and imaginative DOP/Videographer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience What we look for: Someone who’s naturally creativeObsessed with creating quality contentOne who enjoys working with video, post-production, and creative personalities. Team player that loves a collaborative environment.Strong communication skills.The desire to work in a fast-paced agency. Resourceful, responsive, and eager to get the job done.This is where you come in :Support Creative Producer in each step, you’ll be involved in every step of the process - A to Z:Collaborate on concepts and translate ideas into compelling visualsHandle shot division and assist with storyboarding and pre-production planningCollaborate with creative teams to brainstorm video concepts and align with brand messaging.Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for in-studio and on-location shootsJoin the filming process, from setup to wrap.Work on a mix of formats: branded content, short-form videos, social content, BTS, interviews, product shoots, and more.Organize and manage footage, assets, and deliverables for seamless post-productionEdit footage into polished videos that align with our creative vision and client goalsSupport the Creative Producer with anything needed to bring productions to lifeQualifications we are looking for:4+ yrs of experience in video/film production,  along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of studyPrevious experience in agency, ad film production and UGC/Performance and social video shoot experience.A visual storyteller with a strong eye for composition, light, and detailsExceptional knowledge of lighting equipment.Proficient in working with Sony fx and Canon, can operate gimbal.Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.)Up to date on social media trends, especially video-first platforms like Instagram and YouTube shorts.Skilled with shot division, storyboarding, and turning rough ideas into visual plansGreat at managing your time and juggling multiple projectsCollaborative, communicative, and reliable Able to troubleshoot on the fly and stay cool under pressureAbility to plan and manage production schedules, equipment, crew, and budgetsComfortable conducting on-set direction and working with talent, clients, and crewStrong time management and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlinesKnowledge of file management, backups, and post-production workflowsBonus Points If You Have:Your own gear (camera)Worked on set or in fast-paced content production environmentsPhotography or design skillsThis is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who’s excited to grow with a creative team and be deeply involved in everything we create.
