The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, handling client requirements independently. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent client interaction skills, and a proven track record of successful closures.Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding).• Handle client requirements independently and maintain strong relationships.• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.• Manage and prioritize multiple mandates within deadlines.• Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation.• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.• Participate in employer branding, campus drives, and recruitment initiatives.Requirements: • Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business preferred).• 1 – 2 years of recruitment experience (consultancy/agency background preferred).• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.• Team handling or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.What We Offer: • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.• Career growth path: Senior Recruiter → Team Lead → Recruitment Manager.• Exposure to diverse industries and clients. • Supportive and collaborative work culture.
