We are looking for IT Services Delivery Manager (Travel Domain)

Duration: Permanent-Fulltime


Job Description:


Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to oversee our L1 Support team with a strong technical background in Java and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of software development methodologies, and a proven track record of managing successful delivery of projects within a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Java and .NET development.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and ITIL practices.
  • PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven mini. 12 years experience as an IT Services Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of IT services and technologies, with a focus on areas such as infrastructure management, application development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex IT projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL) and project management methodologies, with certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) being a plus.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the unique IT challenges and requirements within the travel industry, including reservation systems, booking platforms, data privacy, and compliance.
  • Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and project-related activities.
