We are seeking a seasoned Android App Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about creating high-quality mobile applications and have a deep understanding of the Android ecosystem, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Java, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Jetpack Architecture components.
  • Implement and manage Android location tracking frameworks and Geofence APIs and services.
  • Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and handle JSON data structures effectively.
  • Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to independently triage and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Provide customer support through production monitoring and alerting using tools like Splunk and Amplitude.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct unit testing and UI automation testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of applications.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Java, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Jetpack Architecture components.
  • Strong understanding of Android location tracking frameworks and Geofence APIs.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data structures.
  • Familiarity with production monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk and Amplitude.
