Title: SAP SD Principal Consultant

Experience Level: 10+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your 10+ years of overall experience with SAP SD, focusing on configuration and implementation.
  • Define and assign Enterprise Structure and Master Data within SAP SD.
  • Manage Pre-Sales activities, including Inquiries and Quotations, as well as Sales Order Processing.
  • Handle various Sales Documents such as Sales Document Header, Sales Document Item, Schedule Line, Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements.
  • Configure Pricing components, including Condition Tables, Condition Types, Access Sequences, Pricing Procedures, and Condition Records.
  • Lead the creation of Sales documents, covering a wide range including standard orders, rush orders, cash sales, service orders, and returns.
  • Oversee Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing, Credit memos, and Debit memos.
  • Implement SAP Logistics Execution (LE) processes, including master data uploads.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP SD business processes, master data management, pricing, taxation, and credit management, with knowledge of batch management and serial numbers.
  • Independently plan and execute SAP Implementation, Development, and Support activities related to SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
  • Analyze client requirements, provide solutions, and configure the system accordingly, leveraging strong hands-on experience.
  • Create functional specifications, business process documents, test plans/scripts, user manuals, or similar documents, and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom logics and developments.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like FICO, MM, PP, QM, WM, EWM, TM, etc., as well as external applications.
  • Lead at least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA (any version).
  • Possess good knowledge of LSMW and data migration tools, and exposure to ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC.
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in SAP SD configuration and implementation.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of SAP SD, including Sales Document management, Pricing, and Order Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes, master data, pricing, taxation, and credit management.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute SAP implementation, development, and support activities.
  • Hands-on experience in integration with other SAP modules and external applications.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Familiarity with LSMW and data migration tools, and exposure to ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong team player mentality.
