Dynamics CRM Techno Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions. As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring Dynamics 365 applications, and providing technical support to clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud & On-premise)covering end to end implementation experience in Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, standard or customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, plugin development, report development.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Services, and Project Service Automation
  • Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI and portal)
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model including the customizations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions
  • Perform data migrations and integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using standard connectors and APIs.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning of Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prior Knowledge in SQL & Fetch based queries to develop SSRS reports
  • Experience in Web API/.NET/ JQuery development
  • Excellent understanding on Integrating MSD with Third-party applications
  • Microsoft SQL Server understanding
  • Must to have SSIS development, Console App development
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, Java script , Jquery , HTML , CSS
  • Expert in Web API, developing rest APIs
  • Experience in Ribbon Workbench development
  • Understanding of Solution deployment, code check in and checkout

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development using Power Platform tools, C#/JavaScript/ CRM Web API/Plugin/Workflow/Action.
  • Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems using standard connectors, APIs, and Azure services.
  • Experience with data migration
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
