Location: Hybrid - India (3x days onsite/week in India)


Integration Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Integration Business Analyst with expertise in Guidewire and SAP to support end-to-end integration projects. This role involves gathering requirements, designing system mappings, and implementing integration solutions that enhance business processes and ensure seamless data exchange. Experience with ACORD standards and insurance domain processes is highly preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements for Guidewire–SAP integration projects.
  • Analyze insurance business processes (policy management, billing, collections) and design integration solutions.
  • Develop system mapping documents to define data flows and ensure accurate synchronization.
  • Support implementation of integration solutions using APIs, SOA, and data integration tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to align goals and deliverables.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for integration processes and project outcomes.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with integration projects.
  • Strong expertise in Guidewire and SAP (SAP-RI, SAP-CD preferred).
  • Proven knowledge of system mapping, data structures, and integration methodologies.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SOA, and data integration tools.
  • Experience with ACORD Standards (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
