Position Overview: We are seeking an Azure Administrator with strong skills in Azure platform administration, integration, and reporting/dashboard management. This role involves supporting the infrastructure of our AI-driven recruitment platform, STEPS-AI, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Azure cloud infrastructure supporting STEPS-AI.
  • Implement and manage data integrations with BI tools, CRM systems, and accounting packages.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of data stored and processed on Azure.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of AI-driven applications and LLMs.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure management.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with the development team to support API integration and functionality.
  • Provide support for mobile app infrastructure on Azure.
  • Assist in migrating the platform from OpenAI to Azure AI for enhanced capabilities.


Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Azure platform administration.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in integrating Azure services with various data sources and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of data security practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Advanced scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
  • Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of cloud services.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Familiarity with integrating Azure services with Business Intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of deploying and managing AI-driven applications on Azure.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Skills in supporting mobile application infrastructure.
