Qualifications

  • Must have Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or computer applications or equivalent
  • Must have 6 to 8 years of experience developing and deploying Software in a production environment using the tech-stack ASP.NET, C#.NET, ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and Azure
  • Must have Min. 5 years in ASP.NET MVC
  • Must have Min. 3 years in ReactJs
  • Must have knowledge and ability to apply OOD and impact to the application development process.
  • Must have experience of web development methodologies (primarily Agile/Scrum), application design, navigation, and information architecture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible and embrace change.
  • Must pass Coding, communication and soft skills written test - to be conducted by us

Responsibilities

  • Completes complex projects with limited oversight, from system requirements, design, qualification through to production, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Proactively identifies proposes areas of improvement for the direct team, stakeholders and code-bases
  • Mentors and unblocks others and knows how to unblock themself when needed
  • Strives for mastery in their domain by being aware of industry trends, identifying gaps in their knowledge, and creating plans to fill those gaps
  • Collaborates effectively with peers in different functional areas and develops relationships with stakeholders
  • Makes decisions based on the needs of their customers and of the business
  • Fosters continues learning, shall pick best solutions, well plans and delivers milestones
