About the candidate – An Ideal candidate should be a Marketing graduate or postgraduate with 18+ years of experience driving sales growth and market expansion. The Candidate will lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration. Candidate should have a strong network of contacts and relationships with key players in the European retail industry.

Key Competencies –

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's presence across Europe.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners in the European market.

3. Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

4. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product offerings and customer needs.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

6. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.

7. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

8. Mentor and develop sales team members, providing guidance, support, and training to help them achieve their full potential.
