**Job Title: Business Analyst - Software Development Project**

**Job Description:**

As a Business Analyst in our software development project team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for our development team.


**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for process improvement through technology solutions.

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with project goals.

- Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring they are feasible and meet the needs of the business.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential risks and benefits of proposed solutions.

- Assist in the development of test plans and participate in testing activities to ensure the quality of deliverables.

- Provide ongoing support and training to end users to ensure successful adoption of new technology solutions.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development project, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

- Experience with requirements management tools and techniques.

- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and industry trends is a plus.
