About the role:

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a vital role at AD Infosystem LLC. We are looking for an individual that will be central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. Our Salesforce instance is of great importance to us, therefore you should keep the wider organization’s best interests in mind composing and deploying any code.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and possess a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Customize: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Integrate Systems: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and business process automation.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Solution Design: Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and ensure the team leverages the latest advancements in the platform.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, code comments, and user guides.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components(LWC), SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Custom User Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components, 
  • Integration Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development,
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code, 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
