Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Technical IT Support Associate (IT Help Desk). The Technical Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with remote desktop and support software
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services and Networking
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize workloads
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus


Must Have

  • 5+ years of strong experience working on Linux/Unix environment using terminal/command line. 
  • Must be fluent in English speaking
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to mentor small team of junior support technicians
