Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Storage & Backup Specialist at Fervid Smart Solutions, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The specialist will manage storage solutions, maintain backup infrastructure, and handle troubleshooting and replication tasks. Responsibilities include designing and implementing storage systems, monitoring performance, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with teams to optimize storage and backup solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Storage Management and Storage SolutionsExperience in Troubleshooting and problem resolution for storage systemsKnowledge of Infrastructure design and maintenance for storage environmentsFamiliarity with Replication processes to ensure data availability and redundancyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a teamExperience with Hitachi, HP XP8, Veeam, and Commvault is highly desirableBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
