The candidate for this position will have these key purposes:

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills in English are a mandate.
  • Providing customer support, solving customer queries, and improving customer experience through chat.
  • Respond to incoming email enquiries, phone enquiries, social media queries and DMs.
  • Regular lead calling and management in the CRM software. Keep a detailed log of calls in CRM.
  • Calls: 50+ per person
  • Contact potential clients via cold calls and emails.
  • Boost clinic sales by providing advice and recommendations about our products & services
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and/or via telephone calls and emails
  • Maintain the customer information and follow up closely all the leads
  • Maintain and excel format of the lead generated with their source and follow up details
  • Provide daily/weekly or monthly sales reports as required by the management.
  • Create monthly graphical representation of the new leads generated in comparison from the previous month and also conduct analysis of the sales report
  • Develop new sales ideas and discuss with the clinic manager for further implementation
  • Attend bi-weekly or monthly review meeting to discuss the sales, progress and new ideas for revenue generation.
  • Provides an excellent after-sales service and keep their contacts informed of any relevant new products or services
  • Reports back to senior team members about sales, trends and any feedback they’re getting
  • Keeps a close eye on what competitors are doing


Qualifications


  • 1-2 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
