Responsibilities:

  • Support to Finance Head in month end closing process and Preparing Management information system reports for reporting to Head office and Senior management.
  • Support in Managing/Supervising functions related to Accounts receivable and Accounts payable including customers reconciliations and support Head office in improving the same.
  • Support in Supervising the online suppliers payments to logistics/shipping companies, local suppliers and other local payments in Head office.
  • Extending support in Handling Income tax, GST related and all compliance related matters for the company and the shareholders & directors.
  • Reviewing Bank reconciliations on regular basis and support the team to ensure the completion of the same.
  • Reviewing the general ledger accounts and critical accounts to ensure proper recording of the same.
  • Assistance to Finance head in Handling and support the Statutory , internal and tax audit with the requirements.
  • Assistance in supervising the sales coordination team in India office and work closely with India office to ensure that the Delivery orders, LPO’s and Sales order are getting booked in timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the Head office in other functions in future as decided by the management
  • Managing adhoc work as given by managemnet


Requirements:

  • The candidate shall be MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/ICWA Inter/ICWA with experience of minimum 6 years.
  • The candidate shall primarily possess experience in Manufacturing industry/Mid size good Audit firms. The candidate having around 2 years experience in Knowledge process outsourcing industry shall be an added advantage.
  • The candidate shall possess atleast 5 years experience in month end closing and preparing MIS reports for reporting to management
  • The candidate shall possess experience in working together with cross functional teams and different departments.
  • The candidate shall be having experience in MS Excel primarily such as Pivot table and V lookups and hands on experience in good ERP Systems. Experience in ERP Orion shall be an added advantage.
  • The candidate shall possess good technical knowledge in Accounting and Tax and shall have analytical mindset..
