POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cyber TPRM Analyst to join our Cyber Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments of our third-party vendors and partners, focusing on their cybersecurity posture and potential risks to our organization. This role involves working within the Cyber TPRM team to execute the organization's third-party risk management program.

The activity will include:

·      Conduct questionnaire-based assessments to evaluate vendors' cybersecurity practices.

·      Assist in performing on-site assessments of critical vendors as necessary.

·      Analyse assessment results and contribute to detailed risk reports for stakeholders.

·      Support the remediation of identified risks in collaboration with internal teams.

·      Assist in preparing metrics and data for TPRM program performance reporting.

·      Review standard cyber clauses in contracts and flag variations for senior team members.

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the TPRM tool or platform.

·      Contribute to the development and improvement of TPRM processes and procedures.

·      Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in cybersecurity and third-party risk management.

·      Assist in gathering data for dashboards and reports on TPRM performance.

The individual must possess:

  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity practices and risk assessments, with strong analytical skills to identify third-party risks effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of information security, cybersecurity risks, and compliance standards, ensuring rigorous assessment of the Third parties and adherence.
  • In depth knowledge of risks assessment process
  • Advanced skills in managing multiple assessments, ensuring timely delivery, and managing internal and third-party stakeholders.

·      Strong analytical, research and recommendation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills in preparing and presenting management reports and dashboards.

·      Ability to travel for on-site assessments (up to 10% of the time)

The position will work closely with other teams to ensure the risks are identified, tracked, and remediated.

The role requires a close working relationship with other team managers for continual improvement of processes, procedures, and services, as well as working with counterparts for all regional security initiatives.
