What You'll Do
Our mission is to empower students, institutions, and stakeholders by providing innovative solutions in the education sector.
As a part of education team, you will work extensively from admissions and outreach strategies to student engagement and institutional growth, with a focus on delivering impactful results.
Key responsibilities include:
Student Recruitment:
- Develop and implement student recruitment strategies tailored to the India market.
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.
Institutional Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants.
- Represent the university at school fairs, educational expos, and career counselling sessions.
Outreach & Partnerships:
- Identify and establish partnerships with schools and institutions to create a strong referral network.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to organize events, webinars, and workshops that promote the university's programs.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns aimed at prospective students and influencers.
- Leverage digital and offline channels to increase brand awareness and student conversions.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to refine strategies and achieve enrolment targets.
- Prepare periodic reports on outreach effectiveness and recommend actionable insights.
Student Conversion:
- Guide and support prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
- Address inquiries, conduct interviews, and ensure alignment with admission standards.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, institutional collaborations or a related role within the higher education sector.
- Exceptional networking skills with strong relationships in the Indian education sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the Indian education system and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
