Job Description:


Mandatory Skills Senior Associate – Data Migration(CRM, SSIS Packages using Kingsway soft)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Migration Projects: Lead and manage CRM data migration projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • SSIS Packages: Design, develop, and optimize SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • KingswaySoft: Utilize KingswaySoft for seamless data integration and migration.
  • Data Mapping and Transformation: Perform data mapping and transformation from various sources to the target CRM system.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to data migration, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data migration processes, configurations, and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough data quality assessments and validations to ensure the accuracy of migrated data.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to meet project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data migration, specifically involving CRM systems.
  • SSIS Expertise: Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing SSIS packages.
  • KingswaySoft Proficiency: Strong experience using KingswaySoft for data integration and migration.
  • SQL Skills: Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries and performance optimization.
  • Data Mapping: Ability to map and transform data from various sources to the target CRM system.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues.
  • Documentation: Experience in creating detailed documentation for data migration processes and configurations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with multiple CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM.
  • Data Quality: Experience in data quality assessment and validation techniques.
  • ETL Tools: Knowledge of other ETL tools beyond SSIS and KingswaySoft.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud-based data migration tools, such as Azure Data Factory or AWS Data Pipeline.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific data requirements and compliance regulations.
