Lead – Green Building Analyst

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Civil/Architecture with specialization in Green Buildings design, with 8 to 10 years, LEED AP/BD+C/O+M and IGBC AP certifications are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review Green Building Designs and Strategies for Projects, with specific focus on passive design strategies.
  • Review of Building Simulations, Thermal Analysis, Shading Analysis, Daylight analysis for various projects
  • Manage overall Energy performance for the building (EPI for the building)
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the implementation of green building strategies.
  • Managing Green Building Certifications – LEED/IGBC
  • Coordina with external stakeholders, including consultants and certifying bodies (e.g., USGBC, IGBC, WELL) to facilitate green building initiatives and certifications.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with green building standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable practices and technologies.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in green building standards and technologies.
  • Assist in educating and training teams on green building practices and sustainability.
  • Manage other Infrastructure related works
