Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Student Counsellor with proven sales closing skills to guide prospective students through their educational journey and drive enrollment. This role combines counselling expertise with a results-driven approach to meet admission targets.

• Student Counselling & Guidance:
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Provide detailed information on programs, eligibility, fees, and placement opportunities.
• Address concerns and build trust through personalized support.
• Sales & Admission Closure:
• Achieve monthly admission targets through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
• Convert leads efficiently using proven sales techniques and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies for lead generation.
• Post-Enrollment Support:
• Maintain relationships with enrolled students to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with academic teams to resolve student queries.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Prepare weekly reports on targets, conversions, and challenges.

Qualifications

• Mandatory:
• 3+ years of experience in student counselling or educational sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets with strong closing skills.
• Excellent communication (English + Malayalam) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in any Discipline.
• Knowledge of the EdTech/Professional Training industry.
