Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new & potential clients.
- Understand client marketing objectives, challenges, and needs
- Ensure timely issue resolution & internal team co-ordination
2. Communication:
- Develop and present client reports and proposals.
- Facilitate internal and external stakeholder communication.
3. Lead Management:
- Qualify new business leads.
- Conduct initial meetings and assessments.
4. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams.
- Align client objectives with agency strategies.
