Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Nihara Resort & Spa in Kochi. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervisory tasks, managing laundry services, ensuring excellent customer service, effective communication, and participating in the hiring process.


Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Hiring ability
  • Experience in Laundry services
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures
  • Hotel Management Degree
