Project Manager – Interior Design & Execution (Turnkey Projects)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our interior design and execution firm specializing in turnkey projects for office, commercial, and residential spaces. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of interior design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring high-quality results that meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing interior fit-outs, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to coordinate between designers, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of turnkey interior design projects for office, commercial, and residential spaces.

· Collaborate with interior designers to ensure design concepts are translated into functional spaces that meet client needs and preferences.

· Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

· Oversee procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring timely deliveries and cost control.

· Manage site activities, coordinate contractors, and ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards and within specified timelines.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project goals.

· Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential delays or budget overruns.

· Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

· Conduct post-project reviews and ensure handover of spaces that meet all client expectations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in interior design or construction.

· Proven track record of delivering turnkey projects within scope, on time, and on budget.

· Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and fit-out processes.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).

· PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
