Must be a graduate with 17 years minimum experience in RE back-office services and have performed senior roles for at least 2 to 3 years.

Industry and Customer – - Commercial Real Estate industry expert, focusing on back-office service functions.

Hands-on experience in handling international RE customers ably and proactively & serve as their primary point of contact.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.

Strong knowledge in Lease abstraction and another from the list here > Lease administration, Property Accounting, Cam audit/reconciliation, Argus Financial modelling.

Lease abstraction is mandatory with knowledge of industry-leading platforms like Yardi, MRI, JDE, VL, etc. o Ability to process lease abstraction, Cam audits, or any other process if needed People & Operations

Very strong in people management and running day-to-day operations.

Hands-on experience in leading, directing, and guiding a team of lease abstractors, administrators, CAM auditors & accounting specialists to deliver impeccable service delivery commitments to Springbord’s RE customers.

Must know how to set goals, objectives, and KPIs for the team and ensure they are aligned with the company's overall objectives.

A team player who can identify potential players and develop and enhance their skills and capabilities.

Monitoring key performance metrics and performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and taking measures to improve on the same continuously will be a part of the core job function.

He/she must continuously look at opportunities to motivate teams and meet goals even during tough business situations.

It will be an important quality to articulate the importance of team contribution to the organization's success.

Break down larger goals into manageable tasks and ignite a sense of ownership in teams to achieve those goals promptly.

Ability to - handle large teams (100 members) - manage teams and their performance in a normal and flexible working model.

Manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results. Perform RCA and develop sustainable remedies for challenges impacting service deliveries or operations.

Analyse performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Take corrective actions to address the team’s performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making & reporting Identify opportunities for enabling operations via technology and lead initiatives to implement those new solutions.

Financial Accountability

Ownership of managing direct costs and gross margins. Running individual projects and customer accounts through SLA adherence and Customer profitability reports.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Freelancer/ vendor management Manage freelancer/vendor contracts and performance to ensure seamless service delivery.

Self - A self-motivated individual who can work in a dynamic and result-oriented environment.

Communication – strong verbal, written , and articulation skills, clarity & transparency of communication across various stakeholder groups.
