We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Ericsson e-RAN integration and troubleshooting. The role involves resolving all ENODEB alarms, as well as RET and TMA troubleshooting. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless network performance by working closely with on-site teams and providing advanced troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform eNodeB integration using tools like Base Station Integration Manager (BSIM), Ericsson Network Manager (ENM), and Advanced Managed Object Scripting (AMOS).
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for eNodeB alarms and support on-site crews during construction and issue resolution.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance overall departmental efficiency.
• Track the progress of engineers' training and provide feedback to ensure continuous development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field (minimum 70% score).
• 2-8 years of experience in the Telecom industry, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of LTE network architecture, Ericsson OSS tools, and RBS Element Manager.
• Proficient in working with Ericsson's Baseband units (BB5216, BB6630, BB6648, BB6651).
• Expertise in handling S1 & X2 transport network parameters and radio network configurations.
• Experience with license key feature activation and software upgrades using SHM (LTE L18Q4, L19Q1).
• Familiarity with tools like Secure Gateway (Citrix), FileZilla, Putty, Quantum, and PILOTS.
• Knowledge of Remote Electrical Tilts (RET) and RET troubleshooting.
• Alarm handling and fault management expertise.
• Prior experience working with telecom operators in US/UK/EU markets is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• 9-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends, as required by project timelines (one-way cab provided for late-night shifts).
• Flexibility to work on Indian/US holidays.
• Night shift allowance as per company policy.
