Aris Infra is a new material procurement and smart financing platform for infrastructure and construction companies based in Mumbai. The company provides a full stack solution for customers with the best pricing, reliable supply, and flexible credits for a range of products including Cement, Steel, RMC, Aggregates, Construction Chemicals, Electricals, Paints, and more.
Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Financial Manager to join our team. The person will be responsible for the company's financial management, which includes financial statements, financial reporting, accounting, and other related tasks. As a crucial member of the finance team, the Financial Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the company's fiscal health.
Responsibilities -
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Management reporting: Preparation of annual budget - 5-year plan, rolling forecast, variance analysis. Participate and Coordinate in the Annual Operating Plan.
- Ensure all risk and control policies are adhered to and any discrepancies are reported to Line Manager.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports for the management team and external stakeholders. Develop and implement financial procedures and policies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Statutory Reporting: Completion of annual audits, quarterly limited reviews within exchange prescribed timelines, the experience of handling big4 auditors, managing IFC framework, oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
- Taxation: Oversee the tax planning and compliance activities, working closely with external auditors and tax advisors. (Ensure GST, TDS etc.)
Qualifications:
- CA with 5-7 years of experience.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and strong leadership abilities and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
