Our goal: to build a unified AI Avatar Hub — where Unreal Engine, AI, and behavioral animation converge.After a successful first version, we’re entering V2: a high-end production cycle focused on • next-level animation realism, • facial and body motion driven by AI, • real-time synchronization between avatars, voice, and emotion layers.🎨 Your MissionWe’re looking for a 3D Animation Engineer / Technical Artist with strong expertise in both artistic direction and technical integration, capable of:Developing and optimizing character animation pipelines for Unreal Engine 5.4Integrating AI-driven behaviors, facial rigs, and motion capture dataCollaborating with the AI and 3D modeling teams to sync emotion, lip sync, and body logicDesigning and maintaining animation control systems (Blueprints / Control Rig / Sequencer)Working on real-time rendering, shaders, and cinematic sequencingEnsuring seamless asset integration between animation, rigging, and engine layersBringing artistic sensitivity to technical challenges, delivering lifelike avatars with fluid motion🧠 Ideal ProfileYou are a bridge between art and technology — someone who understands the soul of animation and the precision of code.Required Skills ✅ Unreal Engine 5.x (Control Rig, Sequencer, Metahuman) ✅ Rigging / Animation integration (Maya, Blender, or MotionBuilder) ✅ Blueprint scripting and animation event logic ✅ Experience with mocap systems (Rokoko, DeepMotion, Move.ai, etc.) ✅ Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and real-time rendering ✅ English fluency (written and spoken)Bonus Skills ✨ Experience in AI animation tools or procedural animation systems ✨ Familiarity with RAG, OpenAI API, or voice-to-motion synchronization ✨ Background in VFX, gaming, or cinematic production🤝 You’ll Work WithRishi – Lead 3D Model & Avatar DesignerArun – Unreal Engine Environment & Engine StabilizationSyed – AI Voice & Emotion IntegrationSupported by CompetitivIA’s Innovation Hub (Web, Data, and UX teams)🌍 What We OfferWork on a global AI & 3D innovation project with high creative autonomyLong-term collaboration (12+ months) with co-credit visibilityAn environment that values artistry, innovation, and performanceFlexible hours and collaboration with a multicultural, expert team
