Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of analog circuits for motor control applications.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed schematics, simulations, and layout designs.
  • Conduct performance analysis and validation testing to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital design, systems engineering, and manufacturing, to integrate analog designs into motor control systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the analog design team.
  • Identify and implement design improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Prepare and present design documentation and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in analog design for motor control applications, with at least 3-5 years in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of analog circuit design, simulation tools, and motor control principles.

Skills:

  • Analog Design: Leading the design and development of analog circuits for motor control.
  • Technical Leadership: Providing guidance and mentorship to the design team.
  • Performance Analysis: Conducting performance analysis and validation testing.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with various teams to integrate designs.

Preferred:

  • Professional certifications in analog design or motor control engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
