The Training Facilitator will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions that promote employee development and skill enhancement at SI Global. This role focuses on conducting both leadership and skills-based training, ensuring participants are engaged, learning outcomes are met, and training aligns with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and facilitation skills, along with a passion for employee growth and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring active engagement and participation from learners.
  • Deliver training programs on a range of topics, including leadership, soft skills, technical skills, and company-specific processes.
  • Adapt facilitation style to suit different audiences and learning needs, making training sessions dynamic and effective.
  • Ensure that all training sessions align with established learning objectives and organizational goals.
  • Foster an interactive learning environment, encouraging open discussion, collaboration, and hands-on activities.
  • Address participant questions and provide feedback, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the training material.
  • Use diverse training techniques such as role-playing, group discussions, and case studies to make learning impactful.
  • Collaborate with the Instructional Designer and L&D team to ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with the learning objectives.
  • Prepare and organize necessary training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital content.
  • Customize training delivery to accommodate various levels of experience and learning styles.
  • Gather and analyze participant feedback to identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery.
  • Recommend improvements to training programs based on participant feedback, assessments, and learning outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest training trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance facilitation skills.
  • Conduct assessments during and after training sessions to evaluate participant understanding and knowledge retention.
  • Provide post-training reports to track participant progress and the effectiveness of training interventions.
  • Follow up with participants after training to support ongoing learning and application of skills.


About the Candidate

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Certification in training delivery or facilitation is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in training facilitation, with a proven track record of delivering effective training sessions.
  • Experience in delivering both leadership and skills-based training.
  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and in-person facilitation techniques. Experience working with LMS platforms.
