Responsibilities:


  • Conduct detailed analysis of complex business processes and requirements to devise effective NetSuite solutions across a variety of modules.
  • Apply expert knowledge in configuring and customizing NetSuite ERP modules, including Financials, Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash, and more.
  • Spearhead the professional design and structuring of the chart of accounts to align with organizational financial reporting needs.
  • Manage and optimize distribution invoicing processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in billing and revenue recognition.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of fixed asset management within NetSuite, providing clear visibility of asset valuation and depreciation.
  • Develop and refine accounting processes such as Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Financial Reporting, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Craft and maintain advanced forms, saved searches, reports, and custom solutions within NetSuite to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Provide expert-level training, support, and documentation to NetSuite users, enhancing system proficiency and utilization.
  • Maintain and update system configurations, customization, and documentation regularly.


Eligibility:


  • 6+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
  • Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP modules, specifically Financials, Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse and Fulfillment, Procure-to-Pay, SuiteCommerce, and SuiteCommerce InStore.
  • Strong expertise in developing and managing NetSuite forms, saved searches, reports, and customization.
  • In-depth knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder interaction.
  • Capability to provide training and support to end-users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Suite Foundation, NetSuite Certified Administrator - Certifications Preferred.
