Responsibilities:

Integration Solution Architecture:

Lead teams designing and building Integration platforms for BT.

Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to design scalable and efficient integration solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Development and Implementation:Provide leadership for teams developing, testing, and deploy integration workflows, APIs, and connectors.

Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across integrated systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.

CI/CD and Automation:

Lead on implementation CI/CD pipelines for middleware and packaged applications using BT chosen tool sets.

Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes.

Optimize performance and reduce errors through automation.

Collaboration and Mentoring:

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users.


Qualifications / Skills:

  • Mandatory - 5+ years of hands-on experience in integration technology
  • Mandatory - 5+ years of experience in directly leading teams building integration solutions.
  • Mandatory - Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
  • Mandatory - Experience in RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Mandatory - Experience working with service buses, gateways and API Management platforms.
  • Mandatory - Proficiency in Java.
  • Mandatory - Full-stack development experience (pref. Angular/React with SpringBoot Microservices)
  • Mandatory - Security Knowledge (Authentication and Authorisation)
  • Mandatory - Cloud administration skills (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Mandatory - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Mandatory - Scripting expertise (Javascript, Typescript, Python, Shell, Groovy, etc.).
  • Desirable - Cloud certifications
  • Desirable - Software development experience using LLMs or AI.
  • Mandatory - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mandatory - Analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex integration challenges.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.



Looking for candidates with serving Notice or shorter Notice Period and Immediate Joiner will be highly preferred.
