The ideal candidate will not only design serene and sustainable outdoor spaces but also work closely with contractors to ensure timely and quality execution on site.🔧 Role & ResponsibilitiesShould have good knowledge of horticulture and plants/trees to be used for landscapingPrepare conceptual and working drawings for landscaping and horticulture designsDevelop planting plans, hardscape designs, 3D visuals, and BOQsCoordinate with civil contractors, MEP teams, and site managers for landscaping implementationSupervise landscaping work at sites (residential, resort, or commercial)Source materials, liaise with nurseries and vendors, and ensure adherence to quality standardsReport to the principal architect or project lead with weekly updates🎓 RequirementsBachelor’s / Master’s in Landscape Architecture or related field2–4 years of relevant experience in design + site executionProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, Adobe SuiteStrong understanding of plants, irrigation systems, soil conditions, and terrain treatmentGood communication and project coordination skillsWillingness to travel to sites within NCR💡 Nice to HaveExperience in luxury residential or hospitality landscape projectsKnowledge of green building norms / sustainability guidelinesEye for detail in plantation layering and spatial aesthetics
