Job Description:

Are you passionate about market research and strategic decision-making? Do you have a knack for analyzing market trends and competitor landscapes?

We're looking for a dynamic L&D Associate to join our team and help us drive our market expansion initiatives to new heights


Role Overview:

As an R&D Associate, you will:

1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities and target markets for expansion.

2. Assist in analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decision-making.

3. Conduct competitor analysis to assess strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning of key competitors.

4. Support the development of market entry strategies, including market segmentation, pricing analysis, and distribution channels.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and coordinate efforts related to market expansion initiatives.

6. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

7. Help the team in making Market Feasibility Reports, assessing the viability of entering specific markets based on factors such as market size, growth potential, competition, and regulatory environment.

8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing services/products in target markets, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

9. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices related to market research and business expansion.
