Job description

  • Should be Appian certified L1/L2
  • Minimum 8+ years of Appian BPM experience with Total 3+ expr in Java related technologies
  • Good understanding of database concepts and strong working knowledge any one of the major databases e g Oracle SQL Server MySQL
  • Hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.
  • Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Javascript, JS, XML, XSLT etc.
  • Experience in SCMs like GIT; and tools like JIRA
  • Must be familiar with Excel concepts and formula handling and processing’s (advance excel concepts)
  • Good communication skill and understanding of business requirement.
  • Must be able to translate and develop business requirements.
  • Ability to lead discussions and prepare product evaluation criteria ? Must have banking domain experience and familiar with banking terms
  • Must have familiarity with Agile development methodology.
  • Appian Certifications is plus Good to Have Skills
  • Knowledge of Appian and its objects best practices
  • Working knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Appian Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
  • Experience of integrations using web services e.g. XML, REST, WSDL SOAP, API,, JDBC JMS Familiar with Appian plug ins
  • Experience using ALM and CICD tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, BMC RLM or related tools in an agile methodology.
