Process Engineer

JOB DIMENSIONS:
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the Process Control in a casting department and supervise a team of production TM, ensuring product quality and consistency, and that all finished products meet or exceed customer requirements on time.
Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech in Ceramic Technology
Experience: 5 – 8 Years in Casting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish Process parameters at each stage of production and documentation of the same.
- Work closely with PCR Production & Process team in developing and updating SOPs.
- Data collection and analysis at every stage of the production for existing and new products.
- Validation of Tools and Pattern for Production along with tooling department.
- Imparting training to production team, Handling of Reusable (Rejection) value yard and compile the same.
- Work for achieving the goals in EHS, WCM whenever applicable.
