Job Title: Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Location: Hyderabad / Indore
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work environment.
As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting our Risk Management Framework, assessing gaps, and diligently monitoring Vendor Risk Management processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in risk analysis, and compliance procedures, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks across various operational areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified gaps and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and analyze vendor risk management activities to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
Provide expertise and guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to governance, risk, and compliance.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, outlining key risk findings and recommendations.
Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support as required.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the field of risk management and compliance.
Core Skill Set:
Strong understanding of Risk Management Frameworks and methodologies.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and gap analyses.
Experience in monitoring and evaluating Vendor Risk Management processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have Skill Set:
Familiarity with BitSight or similar third-party risk management platforms.
Experience in Third-party Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes and tools.
