Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA/Product Technician who will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for quality. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality assessments of bags and related products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers & customers to enhance product specifications and quality.
  • Lead product inspections and quality control processes.
  • Develop and implement robust QA protocols and documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our QA team.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to align quality with product selection.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Technician or Product Technician in the bag production of 5-8 years.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and product development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Communication and interpersonal abilities.

Expectations:

  • You are comfortable commuting to this location and preferably live within the city.
  • You are comfortable traveling both within country as well as out of country.
  • You possess a valid passport
  • You are comfortable with occasional late sittings/traveling at odd timings.
  • You are committed to work ethics, personal honesty and integrity.
