Title: Brand Solutions Intern / Influencer Marketing Intern

Location- Noida Sector-2 (Nearest Metro Station Noida Sector -15)

Stipend offered: 5k to 10k per month (Depending on the Interview)

Duration: Minimum 2 months

Working days and hours: Mon - Fri (10:30 am to 6:30 pm)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Solutions Intern/ Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, developing brand solutions, and fostering strong relationships with influencers and clients. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a passion for digital marketing and a knack for creative problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Management:
  • Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to ensure campaign objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.


  • Client Relations:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their brand objectives and developing tailored marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and present campaign proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.


  • Influencer Engagement:
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
  • Negotiate terms and manage contracts with influencers to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance.


  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the influencer marketing space.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain organized records of campaign details, influencer interactions, and client communications.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.


  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the creative, content, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects to drive innovation and creativity.


Qualifications:

  • Pursuing Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing/Mass communication or any relevant field.
  • A strong passion for social media and influencer marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
  • Impeccable verbal, and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Well-organized with great time management skills
  • Already graduated and looking for an internship with a full-time conversion or in their last semester seeking an internship. (Preferred)
