Job Summary
The City Head will be responsible for leading and expanding the city's wealth management distribution network, driving sales performance, and ensuring business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. This leadership role involves managing a team of relationship managers, strengthening distribution channels, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive wealth management distribution and sales strategy for the city.
- Develop and implement wealth product distribution strategies across multiple channels (B2B, B2C, digital, and partnerships).
- Recruit, manage and expand relationships with financial advisors and distributors.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Wealth Managers, Premier Advisors, and IMFs/ Corporate Agents to achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-net-worth clients (HNWIs).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize offerings.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to financial industry standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership for business expansion and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree.
- Experience - > 7 years
- Strong leadership experience in wealth management, sales, and distribution.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and customer needs.
