Role Description

We're hiring a full-time Graphic Designer - Marketing Freshers at Mantara in Bengaluru. The role involves creating engaging visual content and implementing marketing materials for social media to promote our home hardware products. We seek a creative designer to work closely with the marketing team, delivering visuals aligned with our brand's guidelines and ensuring high-quality output across all platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that meet the brand’s objectives.
  • Design marketing materials including but not limited to social media graphics, brochures, banners, and digital ads.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos and photos that align with the brand's visual guidelines.
  • Ensure that all creative materials maintain a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all channels.
  • Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to create innovative and fresh content.
  • Translate marketing strategies into effective design solutions that capture the audience’s attention.


Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong video editing and photo retouching skills.
  • Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team.
  • A passion for creativity and a strong eye for design.
