Sr. Graphic Designer- Print

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

  • Create and execute innovative print designs for various retail POSMs.
  • Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings for print projects.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

2. Technical Proficiency:

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D modeling software to produce print-ready artwork.
  • Apply knowledge of printing processes, color management, and material selection.

3. Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for printing issues.

4. Retail POSM and OOH Expertise:

  • Design and implement effective retail POSMs, including FSUs, CTUs, danglers, shelf strips, shelf highlighters, standees, catalogs, packaging, Hoardings, Billboards, kiosks etc.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in retail marketing and POSM design.


Qualifications:

  • Degree/diploma in relevant field and strong command over relevant design software.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in print and display design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software.
  • In-depth knowledge of printing techniques and production processes.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print design projects, particularly in retail POSM.
  • Experience in digital/social media-related designs is a definite plus

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
