Job Description:

As a Fresher UI/UX Developer at ALDS, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a passion for UI/UX design and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Implement UI designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine user interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing requirements.
