Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. This role involves managing HR policies, driving organizational development initiatives, conducting training sessions, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and collaborating with leadership to shape company culture. The day-to-day responsibilities also include handling employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, and Recruitment ManagementStrong skills in Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and Culture BuildingExperience in Performance Management, Training, and DevelopmentFamiliarity with labor laws, compliance, and HR policiesEffective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage payroll and benefits administration processes efficientlyBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus)Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role is highly desirable
