Currently we are looking for a UI/UX designer to add to our team. You will be collaborating with our front-end application developers, designing back-end components.


The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback, and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. We highly encourage candidates with creative minds, design skills and be familiar with various design tools & technologies.


Role Overview:


We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer & React JS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, coupled with strong proficiency in React JS for front-end development.


Responsibilities :


Figma & Adobe XD


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX Designing and React JS development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe XD / Figma or other design tools.
  • Need Proficiency in Figma’s advanced features, such as components, auto-layout, and design systems
  • Need to maintain visual consistency
  • Effective use of Figma’s collaboration features
  • Projects should include a high-fidelity prototype, tested and iterated based on feedback
  • Organized and well-maintained Figma files, easy-to-navigate layers and components.
  • Seamless client handoff using Figma’s export features. 


Technical Requirement


FrontEnd Technologies React.js


  • Writing clean, modular, and reusable React.js code including component structure, state management, and hooks(useEffect, useState e.t.c).
  • Optimizing React.js applications for performance, including lazy loading, memoization(using useMemo hook), and efficient state management(using useState & useReducer).
  • Effective use of state management solutions like Redux, Context API, ensuring scalable state handling.--Comprehensive testing of React.js components using unit tests. 



HTML/CSS/Bootstrap


  • Writing clean, semantic, and well-structured HTML/CSS code that follows best practices
  • Ensuring all web pages are fully responsive(either with media-query or bootstrap) and work seamlessly across different devices and browsers
  • Optimizing CSS and HTML for performance, including minimizing CSS file sizes, reducing render-blocking CSS, and using efficient selectors.
  • 100% of layouts use Bootstrap’s grid system correctly for responsiveness.
  • Maximizing the use of Bootstrap components (e.g., modals, navbars, cards) to build consistent and reusable UI elements.


Javascript


  • Writing clean and well-structured JavaScript code following best practices, including ES6+ syntax, proper variable naming, and avoiding global scope pollution
  • Optimizing JavaScript for performance, including minimizing the use of blocking operations, reducing DOM manipulation, and leveraging asynchronous programming
  • Effective use of asynchronous JavaScript (promises, async/await) to handle data fetching, event handling, and other non-blocking operations.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and experience with React JS libraries and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and technical ideas effectively.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
