Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced/Fresher faculty members to join our team and teach ACCA subjects. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the respective subjects, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality lectures and course materials for ACCA subjects.
  • Prepare students for ACCA exams with effective teaching strategies and exam-focused content.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments, and mock exams, and provide constructive feedback to students.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the ACCA curriculum and industry practices.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and contribute to curriculum development and improvement.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACCA qualification or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in the relevant subject area.
  • Fresher would also be Considered.
  • Prior teaching experience, preferably at the ACCA or professional course level.
  • Strong understanding of ACCA subjects: Financial Management, Audit and Assurance, Financial Reporting, and Performance Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms is a plus.
