Today, 75% of the wastewater treatment facilities (STPs/ ETPs) in factories and buildings don’t work properly because the expertise and data to handle such complex operations doesn’t exist at the ground level. Our IoT-enabled software platform for water is serving this $17 billion opportunity by managing the complete operations cycle for each one of these facilities and transforming them into compliant units delivering high quality water. We've been awarded by Niti Aayog and FICCI for our innovative approach, backed by international investors like Elemental Excelerator (first Asian company in their portfolio), and are serving customers like Tata Power, Taj Hotels, Dr Reddy and more.


We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious Monitoring analyst to join our world-class team. She/he will get a lot of autonomy, a fast-paced work culture, and a rapid growth trajectory in this role. We're looking for:

1) 1+ years of experience as a monitoring/data analyst of complex engineering systems/BMS systems/automation systems/infrastructure systems ideally in the water/ wastewater domain

2) Someone with working knowledge of automation/control systems and so on

3) Someone who has worked in water/wastewater or energy facilities and has experience in engaging with and managing field staff

4) Someone who is detail oriented and has a natural appetite and inquisitive mind for horizon-scanning

5) Ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner using relevant systems effectively

6) More than anything else... great attitude Someone who wants to build great things together, is willing to lead with humility, has clarity of thought, wants to collaborate and grow, and is willing to put in the work.
