Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Coordinator at Ansimap Technologies in Bhubaneswar. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing building information modeling (BIM) projects. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers, as well as overseeing the implementation of BIM processes and standards. You will ensure accurate data integration, model management, clash detection, and project coordination using BIM software.
Qualifications
- B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
- minimum 2 to 5 years of industry experience
- BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
- Experience in architecture and project management
- Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Proficiency in BIM software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience working in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
